Introduction
Cement mill is mainly used to grind materials such as clinker and slag into fine powder. It is a key equipment for re-grinding cement clinker after pre-grinding by the system. Cement mill is mainly used in the production industries of cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, glass and ceramics.

Structural features
- Main components: including cylinder, end cover, bearing, transmission gear ring and liner. The cylinder is filled with steel balls or steel rods as grinding media (occupying 25%-50% of the cylinder volume)
- Liner design: High manganese steel or magnetic materials are commonly used to reduce cylinder wear and optimize the movement trajectory of the grinding body.
- Wet and dry dual-purpose: The wet ball mill has a trumpet-shaped discharge port and a built-in spiral device, suitable for high-fineness grinding; the dry type is equipped with an induced draft device to remove dust.

Complete cement grinding system
A complete cement grinding station production line usually includes grinding, homogenization, packaging and other processes. Its typical process flow and equipment mainly include:
(1)Crushing and pre-grinding: The clinker is first crushed into smaller particles by a clinker crusher, and then may be pre-grinded by grinding machines.
(2)Grinding: This is the core process. After pre-grinding, the material enters the cement mill (such as a ball mill) for fine grinding. This system has high output and low energy consumption.
(3)Powder selection: The ground material will enter the powder selection machine for sorting. The coarse powder will be returned to the mill for re-grinding, and the fine powder (qualified product) will be output as the finished product.
