In Colombia, organic fertilizer is playing an increasingly important role in agricultural production. However, the drying of high-moisture organic materials is often a major challenge. In order to solve this problem, our customer introduced a 5t/h organic fertilizer drying production line with natural gas heating and achieved good results.

Process

The raw materials of this project mainly include livestock manure and other organic materials. After pre-treatment, the materials enter the drying system and are processed continuously under the natural gas-fired heating system. After drying, the final product has lower moisture content and is easier to store, transport, and sell.

By introducing the 5t/h organic fertilizer drying production line, the customer effectively solved the drying problem of organic fertilizer, improved product quality and production efficiency, and promoted the resource utilization of agricultural waste.

Recently, the coal slime dryer project customized and manufactured by our company for Guizhou customers has successfully completed all commissioning work and been officially put into operation. Process

The equipment adopts Hongji's special coal slime drum drying technology, which specifically solves the pain points of high humidity, high viscosity and difficulty in drying coal slime, with stable drying efficiency; at the same time, it is equipped with a secondary dust removal system, and the emission fully complies with national environmental protection standards, having successfully passed the environmental impact assessment test to achieve green and environmentally friendly production.

This project has prominent core advantages, with an output capacity of 60 tons per hour, which efficiently meets the customer's large-scale production needs.

The 2.6tph iron oxide pellet drying production line is part of the acid regeneration project of Tenova, Italy. The project was built in Vietnam. After the detailed negotiation, the φ1.2*6 m dryer was selected.

Design Principles & Advantages

1. The inlet pipe is installed at the bottom of the drum and maintains a gradient of 5% with the bottom of the barrel, fixed DN250 flange.
2. The outlet port is manufactured according to the drawing, and fixed DN250 flange.
   3.Air outlet port Connect the DN250 flange.
3. Internal spiral blade is adopted in the drum, with blade thickness of 10mm, height of 150mm and pitch of 500mm.
4. L35*35 Angle steel were uniformly distributed in the wall of the tube.
5. The carrier should be Φ260mm, and the Angle between the center of two carrier and the center of the drum shall be 70 degrees.
6. The fire pipe is installed on the upper right of the cylinder body, and is fixed on the cylinder body with flange. Welding is not allowed on the cylinder body.
7. There is rock wool insulation layer on the outside of the dryer drum.
8. The reducer is configured according to technical requirements, and 5.5kw speed regulating motor is selected.
9. When the dryer is installed, it is placed horizontally without inclination.

Jose from south America running a construction company, he have problem for the sand with heavy moisture. In 2012 he find us and ask us to solve this problem for him. Considering sand abrasion quickly we use special steel material and customize the dryer length to load in container.

Process

Wheel loader put the wet sand to dumping hopper, there is gate bar under the hopper to make sure material flow evenly and continue. With belt conveyor material flow to rotary dryer. This process we design Counterflow type, with gas burner put at the end of dryer. With dust collector the exhaust gas no harmful. After dry the sand flow to linear screen to separate out different.
