Sand drying project in south America

Background

Jose from south America running a construction company, he have problem for the sand with heavy moisture. In 2012 he find us and ask us to solve this problem for him. Considering sand abrasion quickly we use special steel material and customize the dryer length to load in container.

Raw material: construction sand
Moisture contain: 15%
After drying: <5%
Capacity: 4tph
Main machines: Dumping hopper, rotary dryer 1200x12000, Riello natural gas burner, dust collector, linear screen, belt conveyors.

Process

Wheel loader put the wet sand to dumping hopper, there is gate bar under the hopper to make sure material flow evenly and continue. With belt conveyor material flow to rotary dryer. This process we design Counterflow type, with gas burner put at the end of dryer. With dust collector the exhaust gas no harmful. After dry the sand flow to linear screen to separate out different.
