What kind of gold processing plant is right for me ?
The method for gold ore beneficiation is determined by the type and grade of the gold ore. We offer four beneficiation methods for your consideration.
Rock gold processing: Gold CIP / CIL method, Gold flotation method, and the gold heap leaching method.
Gold CIP/CIL Process
CIL (Carbon In Leach) gold extraction method is a gold extraction process that combines cyanide leaching with activated carbon adsorption. The activated carbon directly adsorbs the dissolved gold-cyanide complex in the ore pulp to achieve efficient recovery.
Gold Floatation Process
Gold flotation is a mineral processing method that separates gold from gangue by using the difference in physical and chemical properties of the mineral surface. It is particularly suitable for processing fine-grained, complexly embedded sulfide ores and quartz vein gold ores.
Gold Heap Leaching Process
Heap leaching is an efficient gold extraction technology for low-grade gold ore. The gold in the ore is dissolved by spraying cyanide solution, and then the metallic gold is recovered by activated carbon adsorption or displacement precipitation.
Two gold processing plants with different processes and yields

(1) 30TPD gold processing plant
This customer's raw ore is a placer gold ore and requires a production capacity of 500 TPD. We designed a solution for the customer, which uses gravity beneficiation method. The following is the specific process flow.
(2) 1000TPD gold processing plant
The grade of the customer's gold ore is 0.97g/t, and the capacity requirement is 1,000TPD. We designed the CIL process for the customer, which enabled the customer's gold recovery rate to reach more than 90%.
